At Mystic Leaf FZE LLC, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Each item is carefully produced and inspected before dispatch to ensure you receive it in perfect condition.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of nutritional and beauty supplement products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or credit.

• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
• Returns must be requested via email at info@mysticleaf.ae or WhatsApp at +971 58 589 3513 before sending back any item.

2. Refunds

Refunds (when approved) will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days after inspection. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet been dispatched. Please email info@mysticleaf.ae or WhatsApp us immediately to request cancellation.
