All orders placed through Mystic Leaf are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been confirmed, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with your order summary and estimated delivery time.

Shipping Fees
- Free delivery on orders above AED 250
- AED 20 standard delivery fee for orders below the free-shipping threshold

Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, our courier will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional charges may apply for repeated failed delivery attempts.
International Shipping
We currently ship only within the UAE. For regional or international orders (e.g., GCC), please contact us directly to arrange a custom delivery quote.
